Overall impression: meh
Plot: when I can predict episode's plot events after three minutes, it's not a good plot.
Acting: all voice actors use "we are only pretending, don't believe us" intonations.

These rocks look out of place:
I wonder why are they here... Ah, of course! Authors needed something to show restored earthbending skills of police chief:
