PS. Ох же ж і жлоби http://antenna.com.ua/news/14694.html. Гляньте, як вони свої "цопірайти" вліпили - за "цопірайтами" фото не видно.

PPS. Щоб "Антенна" та "Приватбанк" тою плаваючою рекламою подавилися.

In the times of prohibition of alcohol in Soviet Union, an old man was arrested for moonshine brewing. "But I didn't brew any!" - said the old man. "But you have the distiller", - said the policeman. "Well, then arrest me for rape as well." "What? But... Did you rape anyone?" "No, but I have penis".

A British court has effectively abolished the import and sale of blank Nintendo DS cartridges. The mere possibility of piracy is sufficient to ban them, even if the media has legitimate uses such as storing freely-available third-party software. "The mere fact that the device can be used for a non-infringing purpose is not a defence," read the ruling by Justice Floyd.

ThinkGeek got Cease&Desist letter from National Pork Board for... their April Fool's joke.

http://www.thinkgeek.com/blog/2010/06/officially-our-bestever-cease.html

Quote from C&D:

You have been marketing a product called "Radiant Farms Canned Unicorn Meat" using the slogan "Unicorn - the new white meat." ... National Pork Board is the owner of THE OTHER WHITE MEAT® in the United States and elsewhere around the world, and owns the following federal trademark registrations.

"National Pork Board is the owner of THE OTHER WHITE MEAT® in the United States and elsewhere around the world"? Unless they really registered this trademark in every country of the world, it's a blatant lie.

Update: NPB just doesn't get it: http://thelactivist.blogspot.com/2007/02/overzealous-big-pork-stomps-on.html

After the British Government's plans to implement a three strikes policy for file sharing copyright infringement, Lily Allen came out in strong support for disconnecting offenders. Creating a blog entitled "It’s Not Alright" against file sharing, it subsequently came to light that she had copied text directly from the Techdirt website of an interview with 50 Cent. This lead to an exchange on the internet, which culminated in accusations being made that Ms. Allen had infringed on other artists copyrights by creating mix tapes early in her career, that she then made available via her website

So, an open letter to Lily Allen in song format was made, regarding her recent campaign against filesharing and her decision to quit music.
